The ABA Training service is only provided to candidates who have been registered as with esSENtial ABA Childcare Ltd for at least 3 months.
We reserve the right to decline applications from candidates to receive ABA Training.
A fee of £30 (including VAT), will be charged for attendance to the esSENtial ABA Childcare Training, which must be paid within 14 days of the issued invoice date.
Please note, training session dates/times will not be issued without receipt of payment.
We have designed our training sessions to be cost effective and therefore accessible, in order to achieve this, training sessions will be conducted as a group, with a minimum of 7 attendees, and a maximum of 10.
Dates/times of training sessions will be issued to all attendees, once payment has been received, and at least 14 days before the appointed session.
If for any reason a candidate is unable to attend an appointed session date/time, they will be able to reschedule at no charge, and issued an appointed date/time of the next available session. In order to reschedule an already appointed session, esSENtial ABA Childcare must be notified, in writing, no later than 14 days prior to the session date.
If a candidate requests to withdraw their application or cancel their attendance, a full refund will be issued, providing the cancelation or withdrawal is not requested within 14 days prior to an already issued training session date.
If a candidate requests to withdraw their application or cancel their attendance, a partial refund of £15 will be issued, providing the cancelation or withdrawal is not requested within 7 days prior to an already issued training session date.
If a candidate requests to withdraw their application or cancel their attendance, there will be no refund issued, if the cancelation or withdrawal is requested within 7 days prior to an already issued training session date.
We reserve the right to cancel, postpone or re-arrange training sessions based on candidate cancellations and other unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur you will be notified in writing immediately.
