esSENtial ABA Childcare Ltd and this website comply with the DPA (Data Protection Act 1998) and already comply to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) which comes into effect from May 2018. We have undertaken a companywide review of the information we hold, both personal and nonpersonal, any information that is unnecessary for us to keep has been destroyed. All computer systems that we use are compliant. We do not forward or sell any information. We will keep information for a maximum of 48 months.
